Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients who received Impella as temporary mechanical circulatory support for preoperative refractory cardiogenic shock

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any vascular disease preventing Impella placement, LV thrombus, a mechanical aortic valve, and critical brain damage
