Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet all the criteria below: 1)Admitted for heart failure within the enrollment period* 2)Received intravenous diuretics during the admission (diuretic use from the day prior to admission for heart failure up to two days after admission) *Patients with multiple admission during the enrollment period will only be considered for the first admission. (Enrollment period) From January 2018 through the end of January 2021 (TBD)* OR Jan 2019 through September 2021 for each observation period. However, for the evaluation of outcomes after hospitalization, the cut-off for enrollment period is set for 3 months prior to the end of each observation period. *One month prior to the time when the study is conducted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients who meet any of the criteria below: 1)Heart failure patients who are younger than 20 years old on the day of admission 2)Patients who received dialysis before admission.
