Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with acute MI undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) within 48 hours of onset 2) NT-proBNP >400 pg/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Maintenance hemodialysis 2) eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73 m2 3) Failed PCI (TIMI flow grade 0 or 1) 4) In-hospital death
