Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the OAB symptom score (OABSS); i.e., a total score of >3 points and an urgency score of >2 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: urinary tract infection bladder outlet obstruction: urethral stricture neurogenic bladder severe liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, cardiovascular disease drug allergy history of surgery contraindication of mirabegron post-void residual urine >50mL
