Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who need explanation for medical procedures in cardiovascular department 2. Of all procedures, those will receive cardiac computed tomography and scintigraphy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physician consider not appropriate 2. visual and hearing loss 3. congitive impairment
