Interventions

The room temperature 25 degree and relative humidity 60% from 10am on day1 to 10am on day2, and then the room temperature 20-22 degree and relative humidity 40% at 12am on day2.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who have regular menstrual cycle. People who don't have any cutaneous diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with mental or physical disorders as determined by the Cornell Medical Index. Extremely Morningness-type or Extremely Eveningness-type determined by Morningness-Eveningness questionnaire. People with sleep disorders as determined by Pittsburgh sleep quality index.
