Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses and Nursing assistant working in psychiatric wards Patients admitted to the target psychiatric hospital between April 2019 and March 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients admitted to forensic ward
