Inclusion criteria: 1) Second-year nursing students from a university in Tokyo who wish to participate in this program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have difficulty in reading Japanese and cannot understand the contents of the research explanatory document 2) Those under 18 years old 3) Those who are absent from the lecture on the day conducting this program
