Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Having calendar age in the range of 16 - 20 years Having a minimum of five years of football playing a regular basis lack of acute respiratory complications, asthma, and any disease that is considered harmful to the physician according to the physician

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -1having any symptoms of headaches, dizziness, and feeling of weakness while testing 2- Failure to complete the test period 3- Having a sensitivity to the use of Al -Arginine

MeasureTime frame
: Acute L-arginine supplementation increased maximal oxygen consumption, maximal heart rate, and prolonged fatigue during progressive exercise. Acute use of L-arginine supplementation also reduced maximal fat oxidation after exercise, increased maximal carbohydrate oxidation, and increased respiratory exchange ratio after progressive exercise. In addition, acute L-arginine supplementation increased blood glucose and glycerol concentrations
