Interventions

Take glycine for 6 weeks. 0.05 g/kg for the first 3 weeks and 0.1 g/kg for the following 3 weeks. Take alanine for 6 weeks. 0.05 g/kg for the first 3 weeks and 0.1 g/kg for the following 3 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to consume amino acid powders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who cannot take the amino acid powder. In addition, people who cannot obtain permission to participate in the study from their doctor, if they have one.

The primary endpoint will be a sleep questionnaire. (3 and 6 weeks after intake)
