high-velocity training (3 times a week for 8 weeks. Knee extension at fast as possible) low-velocity training (3 times a week for 8 weeks. Perform knee extension slowly)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Young People Students enroll in Kyoto University Between 20 and 40 years old at the time of measurement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with the following conditions will be excluded Severe orthopedic conditions or lower extremity surgery A neurological or circulatory disorder that affects measurements Pain, significant deformity, or skin disease of the lower extremity
