Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dancer: ballerina with more than 5 years of experience Nondancer: women without exercise habits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have an interest in the principal investigator Those with metabolic, cranial nerve, or respiratory and circulatory disorders who are prohibited from high-intensity exercise by their doctor Persons with orthopedic disease that interferes with plantar flexion and dorsiflexion of the ankle joint Others who are difficult to measure
