Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Mycobacterium avium complex pulmonary disease met the criteria advocated by the American Thoracic Society 1997 2)Patients who can visit the hospital regularly for 5 years or more 3)Signed agreement to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients known to be seropositive for human immunodeficiency virus 2)Judged inadequate to participate in the study by their physicians
