Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have given written consent to this study 2) Patients aged 18 to 85 3) Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation with a duration of 1 week or more and who desire drug resistance or catheter ablation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who cannot undergo catheter ablation due to anticoagulant therapy or intracardiac thrombosis 2) Patients who are unable to return to sinus rhythm Patients with a history of ablation for atrial fibrillation or atypical atrial flutter. 3) Patients after the Maze procedure. 4) Patients undergoing implantable cardiac device (pacemaker, ICD) treatment. 5) Patients who have taken amiodarone within the past year. 6) Untreated hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. 7) Patients with end-stage renal disease (patients with eGFR less than 15 or requiring dialysis therapy). 8) Other patients who the doctor judged not to be indicated for this study (patients who are anatomically considered to be difficult to use CARTO FINDER)
