Inclusion criteria: Advanced rectal cancer diagnosed by colonoscopy, CT or MRI imaging

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient unable to give consent

The correlation of the dose of ctDNA and exosome DNA during treatment and the survival.
