Inclusion criteria: Nurses who work 16-hour night shift

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Novice nurse Who receives any medical treatments Who regularly uses a sleeping pill Who has difficulty for safely using the nap environmental system, such as epilepsy or claustrophobia
