Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thoracic surgical patients requiring separate lung ventilation using DLT. Patients who gave informed consent and obtained signatures in writing. In the case of a 16 -19 year-old patient, the consent of the patient's guardian is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with serious cerebrovascular disease, ischemic heart disease, respiratory failure, or severe obesity
