Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pancreatic head lesion disease that do not require revascularization 2. Enough general condition to withstand this surgery 3. Obtain a written free and voluntary consent from the patient after receiving adequate explanation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refusal by the patient 2. considered an exclusion by the research member
