Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1 (1) Patients who were diagnosed with suspected esophageal dysmotility between June 2021 and March 2022 (2) Patients who fully understand this research protocol and are able to give their informed consent (3) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining their informed consent Study 2 (1) Patients who were treated for EGJOO between October 2014 and March 2022 (2) Patients who fully understand this research protocol and are able to give their informed consent (3) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of their informed consent Control group (1) Patients with no subjective symptoms suspected of esophageal motility disorders (2) Patients who fully understand this research protocol and are able to give their informed consent (3) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of their informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1 (1) Patients who need treatment during the observation period (2) Patients with a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery (3) Patients with poor general condition (PS value of 3 or higher) (4) Patients who are judged by the researcher to be inappropriate as research subjects Study 2 (1) Patients who have not undergone esophageal manometry before and after treatment (2) Patients whose treatment at our hospital has been already finished (3) Patients with poor general condition (PS value of 3 or higher) Control group (1) Patients with a history of upper gastrointestinal surgery (2) Patients in poor general condition (PS value of 3 or higher) (3) Patients who were judged by the researcher to be inappropriate as research subjects
