Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who belong to home health care nursing facilities and are engaged in home health care nursing. 2. Nurse, licensed practical nurse, public health nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, and midwife 3. Those who have been using the Omaha System for more than one month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Left or took a leave of absence within one month
