Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Outpatients in two institutions 2) Outpatients who want to improve their own quality of sleep 3) Outpatients aged 20 years and over, and aged under 65 years 4) Outpatients who have their own smartphone 5) Outpatients who can understand Japanese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Outpatients with severe psychological symptoms (e.g., depression and anxiety) 2) Outpatients receiving pharmacotherapy for psychiatric disorders 3) Outpatients aged under 20 years , and aged 65 years and over

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of sleep (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) is assessed at baseline, in 2, 4, and 8 weeks.
