Interventions

Subjects ingest sulforaphane twice a day (200 micromollar) for 2 months. Subjects ingest placebo twice a day for 2 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals aged 18-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal findings on resting 12-lead electrocardiogram and/or blood pressure, Cannot limit alchol drinking the day before the experiment, Smoking or taking antioxidant supplements, Taking anti-allergy agent or anti-inflammatory agent
