Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) female and male (over 20 years old) who had and have been diagnosed with alcohol disorders due to ICD-11 2) patient who registered at the Inokashira hospital care program 3) capable of informed consent 4) sustained outpatient treatment for more than three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a patient who is not able to participate to exercise programs
