Interventions

Intervention group: The menu for intervention group is designed as low-sodium and high-potassium diet for six weeks. The lunch-boxes are just the same with the ordinary diet for the control group not

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male, 35 years of age or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) under antihypertensive medication (2) have kidney disease (3) taking new medicine which may have a strong influence on urine excretion of sodium during the intervention period
