Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients over eighteen years old after surgery patients undergoing mechanical ventilation after surgery postoperative pulmonary complication high risk patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients undergoing mechanical ventilation before surgery patients with an implantable pacemaker patients with ventricular assist device
