Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients who are eligible for administration of anamorelin b. Patients who have obtained the written consent of the patient or his/her substitute to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with contraindications to the administration of anamorelin b. Patients who are judged by the attending physician, or the department or facility to which the attending physician belongs, to be undesirable to participate in the study.
