Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Breast cancer (2) Patients scheduled for mastectomy or total mastectomy (with or without lymph node dissection) (3) Female (4) 20 years of age or older (5) Patients who can obtain written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with motor paralysis (2) Patients who have been diagnosed with dementia (3) Patients who are not scheduled to have a drain inserted

Quality of postoperative recovery Compare the difference between the value on the third postoperative day and the preoperative value Sleep efficiency Sleep efficiency from seven days before surgery to the day before discharge will be measured using an actigraph. Number of steps The number of steps taken from seven days before surgery to the day before discharge will be measured using an actigraph. Questionnaire about pajamas Questions regarding pajamas will be asked.
