Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients required renal biopsy -Patients who are able to have echo-guided percutaneous renal biopsy awake under local anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients underwent renal biopsy under general anesthesia - Patients who do not provide consent by their guardian
