Intervention group: Sustained use of muscle relaxation to prevent shivering Control group: Administer the drug according to the shivering scale, And do not use the drug if shivering does not occur.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in whom the attending physician decided to introduce targeted temperature management at 34 degree after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age<18
