Early gastric cancer and gastric adenoma

Interventions

For mucosal defect after ESD, only reopenable-clip are used and closed using reopenable-clip over the line method.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Early gastric cancer and adenoma suitable for ESD. Cases with written and oral informed consent are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with severe complications are excluded. Post ESD mucosal defects bordering the pylorus or cardia. Mucosal defect after ESD is larger than half circumference of the gastric lumen.
