Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who admit to the hospital to undergo redo of endoscopic biliary drainage due to the stent obstruction after the initial drainage or periodic stent replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients who refuse to participate 2) The patients who received antibiotic treatment within 1 month
