Interventions
The participants in intervention group were allowed to eat confectionery for one week. After a week, they were examined changes in occlusal force, tongue pressure, masticatory efficiency.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients over 65 years old who could communicate, but have oral hypofunction and dysphagia severity scale (DSS) 3 (water aspiration or higher).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: food allergy, and cognitive decline
