Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.elderly patients (65 years old and over) after orthopedic surgery who are admitted to our hospital, convalescent rehabilitation ward 2.those who can walk while watching over 10m (use of wand is allowed) 3.both shoulder joints that can bend 90or more without pain 4.when the person can directly obtain the written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.those who do not understand the research content and problem explanation 2.those with MMSE of 20 points or less and suspected dementia 3.postoperative patients with lumbar and thoracic spine after compression fracture of thoracolumbar spine
