Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who are undergoing medical treatment for diabetes(type 1 or type 2 diabetes) Those who are interested in self-management of their medical care using smartphone applications. Those who have a smartphone and are able to pay for their own communication expenses Those who have a smartphone and are able to pay the communication costs by themselves. A person who understands the contents of the research request and agrees to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have already used "MinChare".
