Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The residents of Numata-town (2) The residents who can participate in the scheduled examination session and can visit designated facility. (3) 20 years old or over (4) Applicants who understand well the purpose and contents of this examination. Additionaly, who can agree to participate in this examination in writing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have allergy against test foods. (2) Who are judged that their daily consume drugs or supplements would affect on this trial by doctor. (3) Who are undergoing therapy for cancer or serious diseases. (4) Pregnant or nursing. (5) Others who are judged to be ineligible by the investigator and co-workers.
