Inclusion criteria: Non small cell lung cancer patients who received Osimertinib as first-line therapy and who experienced clinical drug-induced lung injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients participating in studies aimed at similar analysis of treatment after Osimertinib
