Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Turner syndrome has been demonstrated by chromosomal testing, there is hope for fertility preservation, and it is psychologically accepted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If the patients not have the consent of primary doctor, if the patients do not have the consent of herself or her family, or if it is judged that the patients cannot tolerate this treatment both physically and mentally.
