Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone spinal canal decompression surgery (with or without fusion surgery) for lumbar spinal stenosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not received permission from their physician to participate in the study Patients who have severe pain (8 points or more on a 10-point numerical rating scale) and require physical assistance in daily life Patients who could not fully understand the research due to cognitive decline
