Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: significant decrease in forwarding head angle P=0.001, neck muscle strength (flexibility P=0.045, extensor force P=0.001), neck range of motion (flexibility P=0.004, right lateral flexor). P=0.004, left lateral flexor (P=0.001).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Also, a significant increase in the range of motion of the neck extensor was observed P=0.008 after eight weeks of corrective exercise compared to the pretest in the experimental group
