Inclusion criteria: Worker with telecommuting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: worker with not telecommuting once a week or more

Workplace social capital measured by the WSC scale at pre-intervention, mid-point-intervention, post-intervention, and three-month follow-up.
