Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The age of registration date is 20 years or older. 2) Performance status (PS) is 0-1 according to the ECOG standard. 3) (Patients scheduled to be performed POEM) esophageal stricture length is 5 cm or more 4) (Patients scheduled to be performed ESD) procedure time is expected to be more than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with bleeding tendency (Platelet<50,000/mm3 or PT-INR>2 without anticoagulant) 2) Patients with liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh score: C) 3) Patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis
