Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic coronary artery disease who have physiologicaly significant stenosis in the left anterior descending artery Patients undergoing revascularization treatment with PCI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Left ventricular ejection fraction is less than 50% History of anterior myocardial infarction
