Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age: from 16 to 80 The patients diagnosed as UC and treated at Nippon Medical School Tamanagayama Hospital and who underwent colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe ulcerative colitis, poor general condition, patients without informed consent, pregnant patients were excluded from the present study.
