Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with head drop and horizontal gaze difficulty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a known history of infection, tumor, ankylosing spondylitis, and previous spine surgery in the cervical spine were excluded.
