Inclusion criteria: 1. Parental/guardian consent 2. 3rd to 6th grades 3. Capable of performing exercise 4. Absence of neurodevelopmental disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-consent of parent/guardian 2. Above or below age range 3. Any physical disability that prohibits exercise 4. Neurodevelopmental disorders
