Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A university student who has reached the age of majority at the time of obtaining consent. 2) A Person who can utilize the application to receive remote HT. 3) A person who can prepare the communication environment to receive remote HT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons who have received HT prior to obtaining consent. 2) Persons with mental illness. 3) Other persons deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
