Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with post-TKA prolonged pain (pain VAS 30 or more) who have received conservative therapy for 3 months and have prolonged pain due to post-TKA synovitis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet the following criteria: no other conditions that cause pain, no anticoagulant medication, synovitis confirmed by ultrasound, and no problems with surgery on preoperative examination.
