Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatient undergoing extraction of mandibular implanted wisdom tooth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of hypersensitivity to anesthetics, paresthesia in the area of innervation of the mandibular nerve, active infection or abscess in the oral and maxillofacial region, bleeding diathesis, use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, and other medical history that might have affected the clinical trial (eg, uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes mellitus, heart failure, hyperthyroidism, psychiatric disorders)
