Exercise program for seniors (once a week, for 1.5h) 6 times. Music reminiscence program (once a week, for 1h) 6 times. Music reminiscence and brain training program (once a week, for 1h+15m) 6 time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received sufficient explanation about the purpose and contents of this research, have the ability to consent, volunteered voluntarily after fully understanding it, and agreed to participate in writing. 2. Japanese men and women who are 65 years old or more. 3. Those who are always interested in dementia prevention and would like to participate in the prevention project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a chronic illness and are receiving drug treatment, those who have a history of serious illness. 2. Those who regularly use medicines, specified insurance foods and/or health foods, etc. that may affect the prevention of dementia. 3. Those who participated in other exams within one month before the start of this reseach, or those who plan to participate in other exams after consenting to this research. 4. Those who are judged to be ineligible by the principal investigator
