Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who come to our pain clinic with severe trigeminal neuralgia and those who are not eligible for the surgery and had not been treated enough with the other treatments such as superficial blocks and medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are contraindicated to block therapy or the use of local anesthetics are excluded. Those who do not wish to be treated with this block are also excluded.
